How it works

Maintaining a valid First Aid Certificate is an important compliance requirement for relevant roles in sport.

Coaches and instructors are required to hold and maintain a valid First Aid Certificate. The minimum accepted certification is HLTAID003 or HLTAID011.

1. You can add your First Aid Certificate or accepted equivalent to your account at any time by adding the First Aid Certificate credential.
   
2. Once added, the credential will be placed in a Pending Approval state while it is reviewed by AusCycling. You will receive a notification once the credential has been approved.

Instructions

Add your First Aid Certificate

1. Select My Profile.
2. Select Credentials and click Add Credentials.
3. Select First Aid Certificate.
4. Provide the required information and click Save to add.
   

Troubleshooting

My professional qualifications provide an accepted equivalent

If your professional qualifications provide an accepted equivalent, such as a Doctor, Nurse, or Paramedic registration, you must add a First Aid Certificate credential to your account to record your exemption.

Answer Yes to the Do you hold an accepted First Aid equivalent? question and follow the prompts to record your exemption.
