Add your Working with Children Check

Add your Working with Children Check

How it works

Maintaining a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC), or equivalent clearance in your state or territory, is an important compliance requirement for child-related roles in sport.

Notes
Coaches, instructors and officials are required to hold and maintain a valid WWCC or equivalent clearance.
  1. You can add your own WWCC or equivalent clearance to your account at any time.
  2. Once added, the credential will be placed in a Pending Approval status while it is reviewed by AusCycling.

Instructions

Add your Working with Children Check

  1. Select My Profile.
  2. Select Credentials and click Add Credentials.
  3. Select Working with Children Check.
  4. Provide the required information and click Save to add.

Troubleshooting

I am under 18, or I am exempt from holding a WWCC
If you are under 18, or are exempt from holding a WWCC, you must add a WWCC to your account to record your exemption. This is typically only required if you are (or are in the process of becoming) a coach, instructor or offical.

Answer Yes to the Are you exempt from holding a WWCC or equivalent clearance? question and follow the prompts to record your exemption.
