How it works
Downloading your digital membership card is a convenient way to keep your membership details easily accessible.
- Your digital membership card may not be ready to download immediately. We’ll send you can email notification as soon as it’s ready to download.
- Your digital membership card can be added to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Instructions
Digital membership cards are only enabled for your AusCycling memberships. Memberships for your club don't generate a digital membership card.
Download your digital membership card
- Select the Membership tab.
- Select the download icon on the membership you want to download the digital card for.
- Select the Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet.
Troubleshooting
I can't see the download icon on my memberships
Digital membership cards are only enabled for your AusCycling memberships. Memberships for your club don't generate a digital membership card.
Digital membership cards may take up to 15 minutes to generate after purchasing your membership. Don't worry, we'll send you an email notification once it's ready to download.
For members who previously held an AusCycling account on TidyHQ, your digital membership card may not be ready yet. These are being generated on a rolling basis and is expected to be complete by 10 August 2026.
