How it works
Your digital membership card provides quick access to your membership details and can be stored on your phone for easy access when you need it.
Your card may not be available immediately after purchasing or renewing your membership. Once it has been generated, we’ll send you an email to let you know it is ready.
You can then add your digital membership card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, so it is available directly from your device without needing to log in to your account.

Complete the steps below using a compatible device, such as an Apple iPhone, Mac or Android device.

- Select My Profile.
- Select Membership.
- Select the download icon (↓) on the membership.
- Select the Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet.
Troubleshooting
I can't see the download icon on my memberships
Digital membership cards are only available for AusCycling memberships. Memberships purchased through your club will not generate a separate digital membership card.
Your AusCycling digital membership card may take up to 15 minutes to generate after purchase. Once it’s ready, we’ll send you an email to let you know it’s available to download.
I'm getting a 'Failed to Add Pass' message in Apple Wallet
The ‘Failed to Add Pass’ message can appear when you try to add your digital membership card using a browser other than Safari, such as Brave or Firefox.
For the best experience, open the membership card in Safari on your iPhone or Mac and add it to Apple Wallet from there.
