Link a family member to your account

Notice

We're currently experiencing an issue with linked family members

They may appear missing or incomplete. We've identified the issue and are working on a resolution. 

Instructions

Linked family members can view and manage each other's profiles.

1. Go to your profile.
2. Select Add Family Member.

3. Choose the option that applies to the family member:
   • Select Existing Member if they already have a profile.
   • Select New Member if they are not yet in the system.

Link to an existing member

1. Select Existing Member.
2. Search for the family member using their email address and AusCycling member ID.
3. Check the search result to confirm that you have found the correct person.
4. Complete the linking process.
   
5. The linked member will receive an email invitation to join your family.

Link to a new member

1. Select New Member.
   
2. Enter the required information for the family member.
   
3. Enter a unique value in the Username field.
   
4. Review the information and correct any errors.
   
5. Complete the linking process.
