Upgrade your membership

Upgrade your membership

How it works

Upgrading your membership allows you to increase your membership benefits or eligibly to race.
  1. You can upgrade your membership at any time during your membership.
  2. You are charged a pro-rata fee to upgrade your membership for the remainder of your term.
Possible upgrade paths are:
  1. From Supporter → To Ride, Club, or Race
  2. From Ride → To Club, or Race
  3. From Club → To Race

Instructions

Upgrade your membership

  1. Open the Membership tab.
  2. Find an eligible membership with an Upgrade button.
  3. Select Upgrade.
  4. Select one of the memberships available to you.
  5. Follow the prompts to complete the purchase.

Notes
Upgrading a membership through a club will also upgrade the required AusCycling membership on your account.

Troubleshooting

I can't see the upgrade button
The Upgrade button is only shown on memberships that are eligible for an upgrade. Not all memberships are upgradable.
