Upgrade your membership

How it works

You can upgrade your membership at any time during your current membership term to access a higher level of benefits or eligibility.

When you upgrade, you pay the pro-rata difference for the remainder of your membership term.

You can only upgrade to a membership with the same payment frequency. For example, a monthly membership can only be upgraded to another monthly membership, and an annual membership can only be upgraded to another annual membership.

Possible upgrade paths are:
  1. From Supporter → To Ride, Club, or Race
  2. From Ride → To Club, or Race
  3. From Club → To Race

The Upgrade option is only available for memberships purchased through a club.

If you currently only hold an AusCycling membership, you do not need to use the upgrade process. Simply purchase the appropriate membership through your club, and JustGo will automatically upgrade the linked AusCycling membership as part of that purchase.

Instructions

Upgrade your membership

  1. Select My Profile.
  2. Select Membership and find the membership with an Upgrade button.
  3. Select Upgrade.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the purchase.


Troubleshooting

I can't see the Upgrade option
The Upgrade option is only available for memberships purchased through a club.

If you currently only hold an AusCycling membership, you do not need to use the upgrade process. Simply purchase the appropriate membership through your club, and JustGo will automatically upgrade the linked AusCycling membership as part of that purchase.
