Troubleshooting

My TidyHQ email address is not recognised by JustGo

Try entering your AusCycling member ID as your username.

If you share an email address with other family members, check each person's activation email. Only one person will have been assigned the shared email address as their username. The other family members will use their AusCycling member IDs.

The password reset email has not arrived
It can take up to 15 minutes for the password reset email to arrive in your inbox (in most cases it's much faster). Check your spam or junk folder before requesting another password reset email.

Make sure you entered the username provided in your activation email. The username may be your TidyHQ email address or your AusCycling member ID.
